■ 個人利用について

• 作品の所有権を主張することはできません。
• 許可なく作品を改変したり、他者に改変させることはできません。
• 個人利用の範囲で印刷、グッズ化することは可能です。
• SNSアイコン・ヘッダーなど、非商用の個人的用途で使用できます。

■ 商用利用・ライセンスについて

すべてのコミッション作品は、商用ライセンスを購入しない限り個人利用のみとなります。

● 収益化コンテンツで使用する場合

（YouTubeサムネイル、配信素材、Twitch/VTuberオーバーレイなど）

• 収益化プラットフォームで使用する場合 → 最終見積もり額の 20% を追加料金
• 収益化されていない場合 → 個人利用扱い
• 割引条件：動画概要欄に作者のXリンクを記載 → 追加料金 0%

● グッズ化（印刷物・アパレル・物販など）

• グッズ化を行う場合 → 最終見積もり額の 100% を追加料金
• 割引条件：販売ページに作者のXリンクを記載 → 追加料金 80%

■ 版権キャラクターについて（重要）

● 同人活動としての依頼（非商用）

版権キャラクターのイラストは非商用の同人活動としてのみ受け付けています。日本の著作権法では、版権キャラクターを描く行為は親告罪であり、著作権者からの削除要請・警告等が発生した場合、その法的責任は「描いた本人」である作者に適用されます。

依頼者は、作品をSNSなどで公開した際に著作権者から削除要請が発生する可能性があることをご理解した上で依頼してください。

また、作品の商用利用など、著作権者の権利を明確に侵害する行為を行った場合、その責任は依頼者側にも発生します。

● 商用利用としての版権キャラクター

版権キャラクターの商用利用（収益化・グッズ化）は一切受け付けておりません。商用利用を希望される場合は、オリジナルキャラクターのみ対応可能です。

■ 作者の権利

• 作者はすべてのコミッション作品の著作権と所有権を保持します。
• 作者は、スキル・作風・制作可能範囲を超える依頼を拒否する権利を持ちます。
• 完成した作品は、特定の公開日がある場合を除き、作者のSNSに掲載される場合があります。
• 作者は作品をポートフォリオやサンプルとして使用する権利を持ちます。
• 許可なく作品の編集・トレース・描き直しを行うことは禁止します。
• 特定の状況下では、作者はコミッションをキャンセルをする権利を持ちます。
  ※ 作品納品後の返金はできません。

■ Personal Use

• You may not claim ownership of the artwork.
• You may not modify the artwork or allow others to modify it without permission.
• Printing or creating personal goods is allowed within the scope of personal use.
• You may use the artwork for non-commercial personal purposes such as SNS icons or headers.

■ Commercial Use & Licensing

All commissioned artworks are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.

● Use in Monetized Content

(YouTube thumbnails, streaming assets, Twitch/VTuber overlays, etc.)

• Using the artwork on monetized platforms → Additional fee of 20% of the final quote
• If the platform is not monetized → Treated as personal use
• Discount condition: Include the artist’s X link in the video description → Additional fee 0%

● Merchandise (Prints, Apparel, Physical Goods, etc.)

• For merchandise production → Additional fee of 100% of the final quote
• Discount condition: Include the artist’s X link on the sales page → Additional fee 80%

■ Licensed Characters (Important)

● Non-commercial Fanwork (Doujin)

Illustrations of licensed characters are accepted only as non-commercial fanwork. Under Japanese copyright law, drawing licensed characters is a “complaint-based offense,” meaning that if the copyright holder issues a takedown request or warning, the legal responsibility falls on the artist who created the work.

Please request a commission only after understanding that posting the artwork on SNS may result in takedown requests from the copyright holder.

If the client engages in clearly infringing activities—such as commercial use of the artwork—the client may also bear legal responsibility.

● Commercial Use of Licensed Characters

Commercial use of licensed characters (monetization or merchandise) is not accepted under any circumstances. For commercial projects, only original characters are eligible.

■ Artist Rights

• The artist retains all copyrights and ownership of commissioned artworks.
• The artist reserves the right to decline requests that exceed their skills, style, or production scope.
• Completed works may be posted on the artist’s SNS unless a specific release date is requested.
• The artist may use the artwork in portfolios or as samples.
• Editing, tracing, or redrawing the artwork without permission is prohibited.
• Under certain circumstances, the artist may cancel a commission.
  ※ Refunds cannot be issued after the artwork has been delivered.
